Return Policy

Returns

We gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 20 days of the fulfillment date for an exchange or refund to your original method of payment or store credit. All original tags must be attached.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you have any questions or would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at helpswayzeavenue@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a return shipping label. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the approval or rejection of your return request. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
We strive to answer your email within 2 business days. Emails over the weekend will be answered on Monday.
